This class is our original stay & play and how The Learning Lab for Littles came to be. The session is built around supporting littles to make connections to our featured text and the real world through multi-sensory experiences that provide opportunity for growth and development but also hold space for play and imagination. Each session will be about an hour long and begin with a welcome circle and a read aloud of our featured story, followed by varying hands-on learning experiences, and end with a community activity. There will be a variety of immersive learning stations set up and our mud kitchen offers an invitation to explore and is always connected to our theme and featured story. This is an outdoor stay and play group and it is required that participating children are accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the session.
